Where are your pieces made?

Every piece is designed and made by Ka in Calgary. Depending on the collection, each item is embroidered, sewn, assembled, and carefully finished before it’s sent to you.

 

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. Storyline and Dear Thread are both made just for you. We'll send you a proof before production begins, so you can make sure everything looks just right.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship across Canada, Hong Kong, the UK, and many other countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

How long does it take?

Most handmade items are ready to ship within a few days. Custom embroidery usually takes around 3–5 business days after your proof has been approved.

 

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. Many of our pieces are chosen to celebrate birthdays, new babies, beloved pets, and everyday moments worth remembering.

 

Why embroidery?

Because some moments deserve more than a photo. Embroidery turns them into something you can keep, display, and revisit for years to come.
