Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at awakenbysun@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Please note that custom and personalised items, including ultrasound embroidery, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Sale or discounted items are also non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
