Production time
• Handmade items: 2–3 business days
• Custom embroidery / ultrasound pieces: 3–5 business days
• If you need rush processing or special arrangements, please email me first before placing your order — I’ll always try my best to make magic happen for you

All Awaken by Sun items are handmade or made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing handmade items, and 3–5 business days for custom embroidery and ultrasound orders after payment is received.

We currently offer free shipping on qualifying orders: $100+ CAD within Canada, £100+ GBP within the United Kingdom, and $150+ USD within the United States. Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged shipping fees at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
