Each order is carefully prepared in Calgary before it is sent to you. Please allow the following production time:
Production time
- Ready-to-ship pieces: 2–3 business days
- Custom embroidery, including Storyline and Dear Thread: 3–5 business days after payment and proof approval
Shipping time is additional and begins once your order has been completed.
